The summer season in the scenic Hill Station of Murree, popularly known as the queen of the hills, is at its peak and attracts tourists from all over the country seeking relief from the burning heat.

Over the weekend, there was a witness to an increase in tourist numbers as visitors flowed to the Murree and the Galiyat region, where he set up camp in large numbers.

With the beginning of summer holidays in the plains of Pakistan, families and young people have been on their way to popular places such as Mall Road, Kashmir Point, Pindi Point, Patriata, Bhurban and other areas of Galiyat.

During the day, tourists are seen enjoying the cool weather and catching memories in scenic places such as Bhurban, Patriata Resort, Ayubia, Nathia Gali and nearby hills.

As the evening goes in, crowds return to Mall Road for shopping, strolling and softening in the lively atmosphere.

The influx of visitors positively affects the local economy and increases the shop for hotels, restaurants and local suppliers.

However, Murree still faces persistent problems, including the lack of parking facilities, acute water shortages with residents fighting for even a fall, absence of a clear water management strategy, frequent unannounced power cuts and rising temperatures due to excessive wood cutting.
