Finally the first trailer to The Fantastic Four: First Steps has been released and it already looks like a Marvel movie as opposed to something we’ve seen before.
The upcoming superhero movie’s first teaser, which you can see below, reveals how hard Fantastic Four’s latest big screen adventure leans into its period during the period. So much is obvious from its 1960s era and retrofuturistic vibber, but it is the project’s film grain stage that really sells the film’s uniqueness to me.

The teaser confirming this flick takes place in an alternative reality to Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) was already one of 2025’s most expected new films. But now the superhero movie has jumped to the top of my must-see movies in the year-and it is just because of its incredibly talented role crew and crew, the former of which looks tailored to these roles.
From costumes and sets, to the clear love and care that has gone into bringing one of Marvel’s most beloved super groups back to the silver screen, there is so much to take in and appreciate from the almost two-minute long teaser. I don’t know about you, but I’m already, ERM, ready to see Fantastic Four’s next cinematic adventure and how they will tackle the universal threat of this movie’s great bad, alias the planet devouring device known as Galactus.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps‘Initial trailer has been long. The film’s first footage was only shown to San Diego Comic-Con 2024 participants in July last year-one of nine huge messages that we covered at the time. Given that main photography only began earlier that month, it was quite the turn for Marvel to actually show something to those who snagged a seat in his now-functional Hall H panel. A month later, Marvel showed the same recordings for the D23 EXPO 2024 participants, so the Disney subsidiary has been sitting on these clips for a while, which has made the wait the more dishonest for the rest of us.
However, we have not had to sit close to get more information about the Marvel Phase 6 movie. On Valentine’s Day 2024, Marvel confirmed the release date, the main herd and a new title for his new Fantastic Four movie. Just a day later, The Fantastic Four: First Steps‘First poster everyone revealed when and where it would be set. Then, last April, another teasing from the cartoon that was heavily implicated, who its most important villain would be with other key historical details.
