The US Supreme Court ordered Maine State Legislature to revoke his distrust from the GOP state representative Laurel Libby on Tuesday.
Libby has been censored since February 15 for a social media post that identified a transgender Maine High School -Athlet, who won a girls’ polehvell competition. The Democrat’s majority leader and Maine speaker for the House Ryan Fecteau told Libby that the censorship would be recalled if she apologized for the social media post, but Libby has denied.

Instead, the state representative brought a trial of losing lost, but was governed by Rhode Island US District Court referee Melissa Dubose, who was appointed by the former president Biden in January. Dubose presided the case after each district judge in Maine refused to take the case.

Libby then filed an appeal to the First Circuit Court of Appeals, but was also convicted there. So she took her case to the Supreme Court in April.

Libby had the support of the US Ministry of Justice and Law Attorney Pam Bondi, who filed an amicus card that supports Libby in his trial, and Bondi has personally spoken in support of the Embed Republican State Representative.
