Trans athlete -debat: Them Lawmaker calls the law of protecting girls sports ‘genocide’

A representative of the Minnesota state insisted that a bill that kept trans-athletes out of girls, and women’s sports were “state-sanctioned genocide” during a hearing Monday.

Under arguments for Preserve Women’s Sports Act in Minnesota Representant House made rep. Alicia Kozlowski of the Democratic-Color-Occupational Party Remarks, which has since been viral and encouraged the setback for her labeling of the bill as “genocide.”

“Members, make no mistake that this is just another version of state -sanctioned bullying and genocide,” Kozlowski said. “And I don’t say that easily.”

Recordings of Kozlowski’s comments have spread on different social media platforms, which gets harsh answers.

A user of X instructed critics for the representative’s profile on the platform on Monday.

On Tuesday afternoon, however, Kozlowski’s X account had been disabled.

It is not even the first time in the last two weeks that a state democratic legislature disabled their X account after returning for an aggressive push to protect Trans -Including in girls’ sports.

Ryan Fecteau, Maine House of Representatives’ Democratic Speeches, Deleted his X account last Thursday, just days after Censorship of Republican Rep. Laurel Libby.

Libby was censored by the democratic majority on Tuesday night for a recent social media post pointed out that one Transgender High School Athlet won a girls’ competition. The censorship decision adopted with a 75-70 vote and recalled Libby’s speech and voting rights.

Meanwhile, Fecteau’s Facebook and Bluesky accounts were flooded with angry comments from users condemning censorship and supporting Libby.

And like Fecteau, Kozlowski has been bombarded with angry comments in her other social media accounts that are still active.

The latest post on Kozlowski’s Instagram account alone already has more comments than any other post about her profile.

“You have to beat the word genocide and educate yourself before using it easily,” wrote a user.

Another user commented, “Why do you hate girls who have a fair competition? Biological men 100% of the time will have an advantage … it’s literally in their DNA that can’t change. You know your own, science and all that.”

Kozlowski was one of the 66 Democrats who voted against the bill and kept it a voice shy to reach the necessary threshold of 68 votes for passage.

The law stated that “only female students can participate in an athletic team or sport at the high school level that an educational institution has limited to women and girls.”

“Woman means a female as biologically determined by genetics and defined with regard to the individual’s reproductive system,” The bill says.

Unlike Kozlowski, many Republicans spoke in favor of the ball with reference to the desire to protect women’s spaces from biological men.

“We can’t let our girls be vulnerable to losing their place on the team, being on the podium or injuring a male teammate or male competitor,” said state representative Peggy Scott. “It’s not safe and it’s not fair to our girls.”

Former Minnesota Vikings player Jack Brewer joined Monday Riley Gaines in the Minnesota State Capitol to support the bill. Brewer told Pakinomist Digital last week he thought the Minnesota government Tim Walz was “disgusting” to continue to allow biological men in girls’ sports in the state.

“It’s absolutely disgusting, which is why when you see him and you see his manners and the way he carries himself, you know that this guy is not appealing to real men and boys who have fought for it on Gridiron, man. I have nothing in common with this guy,” Brewer said.

“I think he’s a shame for the football world to be honest.”

Minnesota State High School League is one of many state scholastic conferences that announced that it would continue to let trans -athletes participate in girls’ sports, defying President Donald Trump’s recent executive order to prevent it.

However, American court lawyer Pam Bondi wrote a letter late last month warning of the consequences of not adopting “Conservative Girls’ Sports Act.”

“The Department of Education Office for Civil Rights has begun on a title IX study by the Minnesota State High School League,” the letter from Bondi read. “If the Department of Education Survey shows that relevant Minnesota devices actually deny girls an equal opportunity to participate in sports and athletic events by demanding that they compete against boys, the Department of Justice is ready to take all appropriate steps to enforce federal law.”
