Trans Athlete Fight: Pa them suggest that women and men are athletic equal

Pennsylvania -Democratic State Sensor Lindsey Williams gave controversial testimony to the state’s capital on Wednesday, opposing a bill that would ban trans athletes from girls sports.

Williams, in prepared remarks prior to the committee’s vote on Save Women’s Sports Act, suggested that female athletes are physically comparable to male athletes and do not face biological disadvantages.

“I want all girls to know that there are chosen officials like me who think female bodies are as strong and fast and skilled as male bodies,” Williams said.

“I want all girls to know that there are chosen officials like me who would never underestimate your ability to beat a boy on their own sport, because that’s what the prerequisite for this bill assumes that female bodies are less than male bodies that girls are in an automatic disadvantage and can’t possibly compete against boys. Although girls do it every day.”

Williams also continued to suggest that the question of biological men who participated in girls and women’s sports is a “composed topic.”

“For what reason, except political gain, do we spend time and taxpayers’ dollars on a completely composed question?” she said.

Williams’ argument that women are physically “as skilled” as men have been disputed by experts.

Dr. Debra Soh, author of “The End of Gender”, discussed the biological differences in an interview with “Pakinomist Primetime” In 2021.

“People born male are on average bigger, stronger and faster than people born female. And even the transgender people who are on hormone therapy man,” said Soh.

“It’s not fair. And it’s absolutely heartbreaking when you listen to the girls and women who compete against these people. They know before the competition starts what the result will be. They know they don’t have a righteous chance. It doesn’t matter how hard they train. They know they won’t be able to reach this level and even if you look at the average non-male man competitors.”

The United Nations released study results that said almost 900 biological women have come under victories because they have been defeated by transient athletes. The study, “Violence against women and girls in sports“Said more than 600 athletes medal in more than 400 competitions in 29 different sports, a total of over 890 medals.

A recent New York Times/Ipsos Survey Found the vast majority of Americans, including a majority of Democrats, do not think transnry athletes should be allowed to compete in women’s sports. Of the 2,128 people who were examined, 79% biological men who identify themselves as women said should not be allowed to participate in women’s sports.

Of the 1,025 people who identified themselves as Democrats or inclined Democrat, 67%said transkon athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.
