After Travis Barker’s 19-year-old daughter’s recent heartbreaking revelation that she underwent a pregnancy loss, people on social media accused her of exploiting her loss of public attention.
However, Alabama defended his decision to publicly share his private life and called the allegations “Insane” in a now-plated story in her Instagram account.
“The idea that I will ever share something so personal for attention is insane,” read her posts according to a screenshot shared by The shade.
“Accident or not, I don’t have to prove myself by sending.”
“My journey is my own, not a performative and not because another shared theirs,” she added.
Her supporters rushed to express their grief and show solidarity with Alabama.
“Having a spontaneous abort is one of the saddest things ever, I don’t want anyone that the comments are so sick,” one wrote.
Another supporter commented, “At the end of the day she lost her baby, and that fact is heartbreaking.”
This came days after Alabama shared in her Tiktok account about her loss and announced that she is taking a break from the social space.
