The Atlanta Falcons star, who ran Bijan Robinson, was ready to take some interviews before the beginning of the 2025 NFL season as he learned Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, had just announced their commitment.
“I actually just saw it before I went in here. Congratulations to them, man,” Robinson told Pakinomist Digital with a smile, while also discussing his partnership with CLC ahead of College Colors Day. “It’s pretty amazing to get engaged.”
Robinson joked that they “tried to bring positivity on such a tough day when it comes to football,” when each NFL team made its watch list for 1 p.m. 16 a term Tuesday.

But all jokes aside, Robinson may not be Kelce’s teammate, but he couldn’t have had friendlier words for the player and the man he is. He also showed some love for his new fiancé.
“Fight for them. I respect Travis so much with what he has done for this game,” Robinson said. “And even Taylor Swift and what she aims to have the world world through her music. For this information to come out, it’s super amazing.”

Sports and entertainment worlds were in awe when Swift and Kelce jointly shared engagement photos on Instagram with the headline, “Your English teacher and your gymnastics teacher marry,” with a fireworks – emoji.
It led to lots of congratulations that Robinson is now included in. Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, who share a strong relationship with both Kelce and Swift, re-wrapped up engagement photos on their Instagram stories.
“Two of the most real people meet and fall in love,” Brittany wrote with a white heart and crying-glad-face emojier. “Just so fond of these two.”

Gracie Hunt, daughter of Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt, also weighs in.
“Travis and Taylor’s commitment is the kind of news that makes the world feel a little brighter,” she told Pakinomist Digital. “It’s happy that they step into a lifetime together.”
From sports groups to even teams in other leagues congratulated the world celebrity saved as they take on this next chapter of their journey together.
But Kelce and Robinson both know that it’s almost time to lock into a new regular season, with Kelce and Chiefs running against Brazil to meet Los Angeles Chargers on September 5th. Robinson, meanwhile, hosts an NFC South rival, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to start their 2025 -campaign on September 7.

While Robinson is excited to look out to a sea of red and black for another Falcon season, he will restore his old college colors over the weekend -something he urges all fans to do this Friday.
Developed by Collegiate Brand Licensing Leader CLC, August 29 Marks College Colors Day, a nationwide call for fans to “turn switch” showing their support for their favorite college football team.
For Robinson, Texas Longhorns is ranked number one in the country to start the year. However, Arch Manning and Longhorns have a tough test to start with on the way to Columbus, Ohio to take on the reigning national masters, Ohio State Buckeyes, on Saturday afternoon.
“For anyone who is a fan, I feel like it’s really important to carry your colors and represent your school,” Robinson said.
