Travis Kelce’s close mate, Patrick Mahomes is as eager as the rest of the world to watch Taylor Swift appear on New heights with Jason and Travis Kelce.
During a media availability for Chiefs on Wednesday, Mahomes, 29, was asked about the exciting news that the 35-year-old superstar would be the special guest of the Kelce Brothers’ podcast, which has been strategically timed right in front of the release of his upcoming album Life on a showgirlper People Magazine.
Swift’s performance was only teased on Monday when the new Heights -Podcast account posted, “92%ers, we will come back early to a special episode with a very special guest. New episode Wednesday 19:00 one.”
Mahomes revealed that the news also caught him.
“It surprised me too,” he said with a laugh.
“I knew it before you did it just because they called me after the podcast.”
In addition, he stated that it was actually his wife, Brittany Mahomes who are now close friends with Swift since the singer began dating Kelce in 2023 who received the call.
“They didn’t call me, they called Brittany, and I was like on the back of Facetime,” he laughed.
Quarterback said he is “super excited” for both the podcast and Swift’s new album.
“Just knowing Taylor and seeing the process from just a little closer to how she makes the albums, it gets great because of how much work she puts on it,” Mahomes shared.
“And what a better place to advertise it than the new heights podcast?” He approached before conclusion.
