Micah Parsons’ first sack as a member of Green Bay Packers left his former Dallas Cowboys teammate Trevon Diggs in disbelief.
Packers had a 27-13 declaration of declaration against Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon, and their defense with Parsons for the first time played a major role. In the fourth quarter, Parsons’ first tackle was when a packer was a sack of Lions Quarterback Jared Goff, and Lambeau Field broke out when their new Star Edge Rusher got his presence felt.
While Packers loved every second of the play, Diggs expressed his dissatisfaction on social media.

“This can’t be right,” he wrote over a video of the play. “Wake me up from the dream.”
Diggs and Parsons were close friends at Cowboys’ defense, and Diggs was among those who immediately responded to the Bombshell trade that sent the four-time pro bowler to Green Bay.

Diggs released a broken heart emoji when the news became public and called Parsons the “best in the world” when he congratulated him on signing a four-year-old, $ 188 million contract extension with Packers.
While Parsons was preparing for his Packers debut, Diggs played against the Philadelphia Eagles to kick the NFL season on Thursday. Cowboys made it difficult for their division rival, but Eagles pulled out a 24-20 win.
Maybe the loss is combined with watching Parsons thrives in Green Bay when Packers starts a hot start, and sticks cowboys’ top cornerback in week 1.

Packers ‘defense fired Goff four times in this NFC North Battle when Lions’ violation struggled to find consistency early in their campaign. Goff was still effective and went 31 of 39 in 225 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the loss.
Meanwhile, Parsons’ new quarterback, Jordan Love, with confidence, threw 16 of 22 in 188 yards with two touchdown passes to Jayden Reed and Tucker Kraft.
While Parsons noted his first bag of the year, colleague Rusher Rashan Gary added 1.5 sacks and seven tackles in the victory.
