The united states’ national football star Trinity Rodity released some things that were on her mind about the attention she received to support boyfriend Ben Shelton in Wimbledon this month.

One of them did not include appreciating the ESPN broadcast for raising his father, the polarizing ex-NBA star Dennis Rodman.

Trinity wrote an Instagram story on Monday, saying she didn’t like her personal life being discussed in Wimbledon, who came during the fourth round match between Shelton and Lorenzo Sonego.

“For Ben’s matches, he has his family there as his support system that includes his father … My father is not even in my life not necessary to bring him up during his battles when I don’t even want him talk about during mine,” Trinity wrote about his story. “It’s him and his dear moment. Thanks (thumbs up emoji).”

Trinity also apparently called the ESPN team to pronounce his team.

“For those who don’t know … my name is Trinity not Tiffany,” she said with laughing emojier.

In December, Trinity discussed her rocky relationship with her NBA master, from whom she is alienated, on “Call her Daddy” podcast. She claimed he was an absent father as well as an alcoholic.

“I lost the hope of ever getting him back, I am answering the phone now that my conscience should be like ‘he needed to hear my voice’ before anything happens,” Trinity said at the time. “That’s why I answer the phone, not to me. He is not a father, maybe knows blood but nothing else.”

Trinity also said HOPE was lost after her father surprised on his NWSL playing game for Washington Spirit in 2021, but never heard from him.
