President Donald Trump announced that a UFC match will take place in the White House next year to celebrate America’s upcoming 250 -year birthday.
“Each of our national parks, battlefields and historical places will have special events in honor of ‘America250’, and I even think we will have a UFC match,” Trump said in a speech at Iowa State FairGrounds on Thursday at an address before July 4th.

“We want to build a little – we are not, Dana will do it. Dana is great, one of a kind – will be UFC match, championship match, full match, like 20,000 to 25,000 people, and we will do it as part of ‘250 as well.”

The fight seems to take place on the lawn of the White House, even if no formal permissions have been confirmed or logistical details.
National Park Service, which manages Ground White House, has not commented in public. UFC has not released a statement confirming or denying the plan.

Trump, a well -known close friend of UFC CEO Dana White, participated in a UFC match Newark in June.
A thunderous roar found the sold -out audience on “The Rock” as Trump entered the building with White in front of a UFC 316 stacked motherboard on June 7.
Trump did his signature dancing as he walked along the Arena floor and greeted UFC fans as he went to his seat called.
This was a similar welcome he received at Kaseya Center in Miami on UFC 314, where he had a big entourage with him, including his grandson Kai Trump and FBI Director Kash Patel, among others.
