Samantha Busch, Kona to Nascar star Kyle Busch, was in tears on Tuesday when she learned that President Donald Trump signed an executive order to “aggressively” produce in vitro -fertilization (IVF) and other treatments more affordable.
For Busch, the order hit home for her.

She and her husband run the bundle of Joy Fund trying to help families remove the financial burdens by getting fertility treatments. The organization has awarded 144 grants with almost $ 2 million in allotted funds and 100 babies born.
Busch expressed his enthusiasm in an emotional video sent on Instagram.
“I’m in tears writing this – today is monumental to families struggling with infertility,” she wrote the clip. “Thank you President Trump for signing a executive order to expand access to IVF, making it more affordable for American families!
“After years of struggle, advocating and sharing my IVF journey, it is overwhelming to see this executive order to protect and make fertility treatments more affordable.

“Over the years on the bundle of Joy Fund we have read countless essays from individuals who have had to prioritize their homes, work more jobs and go into debt – just for a chance to have a baby. With the average costs for IVF for $ 20,000 per cycle and no guarantee of success, the financial burden has been devastating.
“Today is a step forward. Finally, families will have the cover they rightly deserve. Thank you again, Mr. President.”
Trump’s order is expanding access to fertility treatments through reduction of costs out of pocket. It also ordered the domestic political advice to find ways to make IVF and other fertility treatments more affordable.
