Trump praises Alabama -Athletics at Beginning

President Donald Trump delivered the start of the University of Alabama on Thursday night and won the audience.

Trump dominated the state at last year’s election, so he already had a home crowd advantage, but he earned bonus points by talking a lot about the school’s athletic programs.

The president called the university a “special place … where legends are made.”

“There is something really special about the players, coaches and fans who pack the stadium and proudly sing ‘Dixieland Delight.’ We like it.

“Crimson Tide does not rest, ends not ending, and does not stop winning until it is all the time. You always win. Therefore, the University of Alabama Football team has won more matches in the last decade than any college football team in America. It’s not bad. That’s why, last fall you beat Auburn for the fifth year in a number.

Trump also shouted the gentlemen’s basketball team, who reached his first Final Four in the program history.

“Not only is Alabama a big football school, it’s now one of the country’s best basketball schools,” he said.

Trump also praised the women’s banquet team, who won the SEC, before promising again that transnry athletes do not participate in girls and women’s sports.

The football team lost reliable bowl to Michigan, its second straight bowl loss to Wolverines, beating them in Rose Bowl on the way to 2024 National Championship.

Trump participated in the Crimson Tides ’41 -34 victory over Georgia last season before the election.
