Trump’s love of golf can be ‘very helpful’ in search of reuniting sports, says Adam Scott

President Donald Trump recently met with members of the PGA Tour, including Tiger Woods, in the effort to get tour and life golf to finally strike a deal after about two years of discussion.

PGA Commissioner Jay Monahan recently said the trip “prayed” Trump “to get involved for the benefit of the game, the good of the country and for all the countries involved.”

Adam Scott, a member of the PGA Tour’s Player Advisory Board, was at the meeting and repeated the commissioner’s feelings about their meeting where he credited Tiger Woods for kick-start.
