President Donald Trump’s address for a joint congressional meeting created waves on Tuesday night for various reasons, and the reaction of Americans after hearing the speech has been mainly positive, according to polls.
However, a main story that came out of the address was how Democrats on Trump’s right under his speech would not stand, clap or acknowledge most of what the 47th president had to say, which included targeted former President Joe Bid and Congress Democrats while defending his rapid activity since his inauguration.
If there were reactions, it was mainly to keep signs with different messages, including “It’s a lie!” False “and” Musk steal “among others.

These actions throughout the address led the former NFL -Punter and the current CBS NFL analyst Jay Fey, a strong Trump supporter, to tear Democrats in an X post.
“The vast majority of America loved @potus speech last night,” Feely’s post read. “Democrats continued to show where out of contact they are with our country. They couldn’t welcome every day Americans, even a young man who went through brain cancer, but they just welcome the mention of giving $ to Ukraine.”
Feely’s point about the “vast majority of America” who liked what they heard from Trump was supported by a CBS news graphic by a poll taken from speech surveillance. The results read 76% of viewers approved by Trump’s speech.

FEEY added CNN’s poll asking viewers if they believe Trump’s policy will move the United States in the right or wrong direction. Of voters, 66%said they would move the country in the right direction.
Feely also brought the “young man who went through brain cancer”, which became a discussed topic when the speech was over.
Trump honored 13-year-old DJ Daniel’s dream of joining law enforcement when the new Director of Secret Service Sean Curran officially made him an agent in the United States who received a violent cheer from Republicans.

But when Daniel was lifted by his father when his son showed off his official badge, cameras showed that many Democrats who were seated and did not respond, causing a rebellion from many believing views on politics should not have affected this moment for the 13-year-old.
However, not all Democrats sat when rep. Laura Gillen from New York was spotted and welcomed Daniel at that moment.
A Democrat who stood impressed was rep. Al Green from Texas, which had to be removed from the event to be disturbing, waved with his sugar cane and shouted at Trump during his opening markings.
A CNN vote investigating 431 adult nationwide via text message found that 80% of them considered Green’s actions inappropriate, while 20% found they were appropriate.

The CNN vote, which had 21% describing itself as Democrats, 44% as Republicans and 35% as independent or members of another party, also noted that seven out of 10 respondents saw Trump’s speech to be positive. Of those, 44% said very positive, while 25% responded something positive. The other side experienced 31% negative answers, with 15% something negative and 16% very negative.
