The state of Maine has continued to go against President Donald Trump’s executive order to keep biological men out of girls and women’s sports.
Back and forth has been very much published and even included a war war between Trump and Maine Gov. Janet Mills.
The Department of Education also launched a Title IX study of the state, while the Department of Agriculture froze federal funding, a decision turned by a federal judge.

The state of Maine dropped his trial against Trump when the funds were frozen, but there seems to be any clear decision yet. And Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., Ripped Mills for his actions against Trump.
Tuberville appeared on Outkick’s “Don’t @ Me with Dan Dakich” and was asked if there are any consequences for states that defy the order.
“Well, if it’s a federally funded entity, of course, and of course, this Maine Governor, a complete idiot, is fighting against US president,” Tuberville said. “He said to her, you can’t use federal funding, ‘Oh yes, we have to do it anyway, we don’t care what you say you’re not boss.’ Yes, he is president of the United States.
“We hate it for the athletes up there, we hate it for kids who actually want to get an education but hurt them. And as I’ve said before, there are whole teams across the country, there are female teams consisting of transsexual boys, the whole ban team. It is a disaster and it picks up speed.”

Tuberville added that there was not much for Trump to do because of state financing but tore the “waking” governors.
“These governors have to get up and grow some and stand up for the women in this country, but they won’t do it. They’re so waking, they’re so over the top with all this rubbish, ‘Oh yeah, we’ve got to be lovely all together.’ How about being good against women for once?
The US Department of Justice announced a trial on April 16 against the state of Maine for its continued tross against Trump’s executive order to keep biological men out of girls and women’s sports and alleged violations of title IX.

The Ministry of Justice accused the state “open and defiant whistling federal law on discrimination by enforcing policies that require girls to compete against boys in athletic competitions that are exclusively appointed for girls,” according to a complaint obtained by Pakinomist.
