At least two soldiers were martyrated and 21 others wounded when terrorists conducted a coordinated and deadly bak team on a Frontier Corps (FC) post in the Tora Warai area of the Hangu district late Sunday night.
According to security sources targeted the attackers the FC position and the area’s Station House Manager (SHO), Imranuddin.
A soldier in critical condition is undergoing treatment at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Thall. Other wounded staff have been moved to the same.
Earlier this month, in another bakhold attack, martyrded terrorists highly armed terrorists three FC staff and their civilian driver in remote Banda Daud Shah Tehsil from Karak -District, KP. According to local police, FC Patrol was allocated to protect the strategic gurial oil field.
