Ubisoft has announced Rainbow six siege xAn upcoming update to the first person’s tactical shooter who will see “Big Upgrades all around”.
The first teaser trailer to Sieiring x was just released as you can see below. The update is described as “the biggest transformation in the game’s history, including new tactical gameplay, graphic and sound upgrades and more”.
That doesn’t sound like a Rainbow six siege successor, but more of a development of the game that has been running since 2015. We could potentially also see some improvements for the current generation.
A new blog post gives more insight where Ubisoft said Sieiring x Will initiate “a new era” that “sets the stage for the coming years coming from tactical and unique gameplay”.

Ubisoft releases Rainbow Six Siege X Showcase on March 13, 2025, at. 17 GMT / 18:00 CET / 12 PM EST over on its Twitch Channel.
The event is also held in person in Atlanta, Georgia and promises “an immersive and one-of-a-stroke siege” for those who are present and offer new details about Sieiring x Update.
