UFC Fighter Conor McGregor seemed to be on his way to Washington, DC, early Monday for what he called “the most important meeting” regarding Ireland’s “future.”
The meeting falls on St. Patrick’s Day and comes only a week after the Irish fighter was supplemented with President Donald Trump During a visit to the Oval Office by Ireland’s Prime Minister.

McGregor, 36, shared the cryptic post on his social media early Monday morning and announced his impending arrival in Washington.

“I land briefly in Washington to the most important meeting in my countries [sic] future. I am beyond clear, ”read his post on X.
“The world will hear Ireland’s call.”
McGregor did not say if he met with the president or if he would perform in the White House. However, his submissions included the flag of Ireland and the United States.

Just last week during an official visit with Prime Minister Micheál Martin, Trump talked a lot about the decorated UFC fighter.
“I happen to like your fighter. He has the best tattoos I’ve ever seen … Conors big,” Trump told journalists in the oval office.
“Ireland has always had a lot of good fighters. You know why? Because they are tough people, they are smart people and they are passionate people.”

The nature of McGregors remained a mystery Monday, but he has previously talked about his desire to enter the political area.
In September he teased a potential presidential driving In Ireland, calls itself the “only logical choice.”
“As president, I have the power to summon Dáil as well as to dissolve it,” he wrote in a post about X, as the reference is a branch of the Irish legislature. “So, as I said before, I would have all the answers that Ireland’s population seeks from these twenty of the working man, these disturbed by the family unit, these devastation of small businesses and beyond and beyond!”
