Barstool Sports Founder Dave Portnoy could have been the happiest to see a particular UFC fighter lose Saturday night at Kaseya Center in Miami.
Bryce Mitchell was suffocated by Jean Silva in the second round of their match on the UFC 314 headcard, and Portnoy was seen ecstatic in the lower bowl like the 30-year-old featherweight who praised Adolf Hitler and refused the Holocaust, which happened during a podcast earlier this year, laid in Octagon.
Portnoy, Jewish, was wearing a white kippah and waving an Israeli flag, and Silva celebrated her victory on top of the Octagon cage.

Backlash surrounded Mitchell, 30, after what he said in the first episode of his “Arkansanity” podcast in January, especially his belief that Hitler “was a good guy.”

“There is no way they could have burned and cremated six million bodies, you will realize that the Holocaust is not real.”
UFC CEO Dana White called Mitchell’s comments “probably the worst” of the “mute, ignorant s —” he has ever heard.
“Hitler is one of the most disgusting and evil people to ever walk on the face of the earth,” White said via the New York Post. “And anyone who even tries to take an opposite position is an idiot. That’s the problem of the internet and social media – you give a platform for a lot of mute, ignorant people.”
Portnoy, who also greeted President Donald Trump on Saturday night, did not hold back his enthusiasm when he saw Mitchell tapping. He also seemed to love that the theaters also celebrated.

Mitchell is now 17-4 in his UFC career, while Silva has now won 13 straight matches and owns a 16-2 record.
