It is unknown why the criminal complaint was lodged four months after the accident, but it was filed with Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court on the last Tuesday and Jones has a bond event hearing scheduled for July 24. The charge is a wrongdoing in New Mexico.

The complaint noted that the authorities responded to a crash where a drunken woman who did not have clothes under the waist was found in the front passenger seat of a vehicle. She claims Jones drove the vehicle and he fled the stage, according to the Albuquerque Journal.
