Beth Bourne, a California activist, who is known for opposing biological male athletes in women’s and girls’ sports, was seen in the footage asking the organizers if women’s competitors at the event had been sex-tested to prove that they were not male. An organizer was then seen approaching Bourne and covering her camera and saying, “We have policies in place. You can stop filming me.”
Bourne was then heard and said, “Give me my phone!”
The footage then showed Bourne, who walked away from this organizer in panic before another organizer came behind her to shout, “Hi! Get F — Out from here!”
Bourne told Pakinomist Digital that the incident was “emotional.”
“It was so unexpected. I have an idea that we want people to might call us names or maybe call us terfs that we’ve had, maybe even grabbed our signs. But getting someone getting up behind me before I even got a sign, I had just asked two or three questions, so it shocked me I was scared,” Bourne said.
“I was actually scared, I was afraid that this person really, really hurt me.”
Further footage of the incident showed the same organizer who shouted in Bourne’s face later and put a pizza box in front of her face, covered the view of Bourne’s camera, where he then picked up her protest signs and threw them into the waste.
Bourne claimed the organizer told her “Your God will not protect you.”
“‘You’re just a hateful, terrible person'” he told Bourne, she claimed. “And then he grabs all my signs and takes them and puts them in the trash next to the start and end area. And just as it is crazy to me that someone would grab other people’s property and throw it in the trash, and it would be the race organizer himself.”

“We did it!” Wolfe wrote in an Instagram story that shared a report on the murder last Wednesday.
