Tuberville told Outkicks “Hot Mic” Tuesday that he thinks fans could stop buying tickets over the subject.
“People will actually end to buy tickets because this is the story they are trying to push. This is not just about a few people who are men cheerleaders,” Tuberville said. “It’s about pushing for a story that you want to put gender in sports and tell everyone that we are trying to show, ‘Hi, we’ll take the masculinity out of it a little.'”
