Oppositions MPAs raise the questions about a lack of water supply during heat wave and cleaning of drains before the rain.

On Thursday, the Sindh assembly adopted a decision that condemns the armed attack and arson in the domestic minister Zia-Ul-Hassan Lanjar in Moro.

During the session, several bills were also adopted, and members raised several notification messages on issues of public importance.

MQM MPA Qurat-Ul-Ain raised the issue of drainage before the upcoming Monsun season in Karachi. She emphasized the need to clean larger nallas. Saeed Ghani replied that the Sindh government allocates large funds to KMC for cleaning Nallas. This time, KMC demanded RS800 million. The work is ongoing to fix the flow of Store Nallas, which is mostly clogged with plastic bags.

Ghani said 45 large nallies in the city will be cleared in June.

Jamaat-e-Islami Muhammad Farooq raised concerns about serious water shortages in his PS-91 election circle. He said that although there is no water shortage in hydrants, water is now sold through contracts.

During the case, the Minister of Local Government presented the Saeed Ghani decision that condemns the attack on residence of the domestic minister Ziaul Hassan Lanjar in Moro. He said that while everyone has the right to protest, no law or constitution in the world gives any right to block roads or put home.

During the session, PPP MPA Saadia Javed presented a decision that condemns the attack in Khuzdar, which was unanimously approved by the house.

The house unanimously adopted a bill to establish a center for expertise to combat extremism and terrorism. The bill was presented by the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. MQM member Sabir Qaimkhani suggested to send the bill to the standing committee. However, Zia Lanjar emphasized the importance of the bill and said that similar centers were established in other provinces. The SINDH Assembly adopted an amendment to Aror University of Art in SUKKUR and appointed Taha Ahmed and Adil Askari to the board of Nazir Hussain University.

He welcomed the proposal to increase the age limit for ordered officers from 30 to 35, allowing five attempts and called it worth considering.
