- The time wheel‘s role crew hope they will return to a fourth season
- Amazon has not yet renewed the high fantasy series for another rate
- Prime Video Show’s best -rated season indicates that it must be though
The time wheelCast Cast is not sure if Amazon will continue to weave its incredibly close source material for a fourth season.
In a talk with Techradar before the show’s third season began to be broadcast in mid-March, Josha Stradowski and Daniel Henney revealed that they had not heard if the high fantasy series would be renewed again. It is as possible The time wheel‘s third season could mark the end of the way for Prime Video’s TV adaptation.
However, Stradowski and Henney, who play Rand Al’thor and Lan Mandragoran, keep hoping for some good news when Amazon TV original’s latest chapter ends. And with Season 3’s last episode to be released this Thursday (April 17), there is a chance that a season 4 could be released in hours or days after its arrival at one of the world’s best streaming services.
“We don’t know much,” Henney told me when I asked if anyone had informed them about the show’s renewal. We are just hopeful and have all our fingers crossed.
“Season three is something we are incredibly proud of,” Henney continued. “When I saw it back I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’m sure Josha agrees that this is The time wheel We went out to make. “
“Yes, we’re sure [that a fourth season will be greenlit]“Added Stradowski.
“When I read the book series it wasn’t until book four [The Shadow Rising, which season three is based on] That I was thinking ‘Wow, okay, now I understand why so many copies have been sold’. I feel like season three is where we found our shape, so we have all got our fingers firmly crossed. “
May the light protect you
It’s hard to determine if one of the best prime video shows (in my opinion anyway) gets a fourth excursion.
For starters, Amazon rarely reveals official viewing figures for any of its new movies or shows. On the off-chance it does, it is usually to boast of the millions of people who stepped in to watch the premiere of a new TV original or debut of one of the new prime video films it develops internally.
The best information we have from a viewer perspective is therefore from third -party sources, such as audience engagement experts Nielsen. Businesses like this is our best efforts to understand how The time wheel Season 3 performed, albeit with a few warnings.
In fact, Nielsen’s weekly viewing number only takes into account the American audience. In addition, their data is based on the number of minutes shown, which can hide the characters when trying to find out how many people actually saw the show.
All of this said Nielsen has not released any numbers for Season 3 yet. The audience’s aggregation company releases figures a month behind where we are on the calendar. For example, the latest weekly Top 10 information includes viewer data for the week running 10 to 16 March. At the time of publication (April 14), it’s about 30 days ago.
With The time wheel‘s third season, which did not debut until March 13, it will be a few more days before we find out how well its three-episode premiere appeared. It gives a clearer picture of whether a fourth season will be green.
There is hope that Amazon’s TV recount of Robert Jordan’s best-selling novels will get another rate. Based on its rat Tomatoes score, Season 3 is the highest ranked post yet, with general audience (82%) and critics (97%) who love what they have seen. Compared to season 2 (80% and 86%) and season 1 (61% and 81%) this season is by far the best since the show debuted in August 2021.
I was also the same in my praise for this chapter. In my review of The time wheel Season 3 I called it “an enchanting return to form to Prime Video’s Fantasy TV Underdog”. Based on this season’s seven episodes to date, which I really enjoyed, I would be blurred if it is canceled, just as it also starts to get really interesting.
