As if it wasn’t enough to lose the most games in an MLB season last year, Chicago White Sox invented new ways of taking L this year.
Chicago, who went into Tuesday night at 1 p.m. 10-28, kept a rare lead on the way into the bottom of the ninth toward Kansas City Royals.
Royals, a team after the season last year, got the Leadoff man on, but pulled Waters hit a pop -up to the second base to make SOX easy -until they were not.

Chase Meidroth let the ball do it right from the head and everyone was safe. Then in the most obvious bunt situation, White Sox couldn’t even play on any base. Everyone was safe and the bases were loaded without outs instead of a man on first with two outs.
Kyle icel then jumped out, which should have been the end of the lap. Instead, it was the first out. Then Jonathan India came, leading dough that hit a hard grumble to short. Although it would have been difficult to turn a double game, Shortstop Jacob Amaya’s throw to Meidroth was in second place out of reach, brought a race and again everyone was safe (it was guided an infield single).

Yankees scores 10 races in 7th, their most in a single lap in a decade
Of course, that brought Bobby Witt Jr., MVP-Runner-Up to Aaron Judge last season, driving a ball into Outfield. While it fell on the grass, it was more than enough to get the winning race in, even though Luis Robert Jr. Got the catch on the run.
White Sox is now 10-29, which is a .256 winning percentage. They are now tying their own record from last year with 121 losses (against 41 wins).
This is not their first head-wide loss of the year. Last month, they lost a game after Mike Tauchman, freshly out of the wounded list, taxed his hamstring again while trying to score the binding race.
However, it can always be worse; Colorado Rockies are 6-28. That .176 winning percentage puts them on track for a 28-134 record. Both Sox and Rockies are already 12.5 and 17.0 games left in their own departments.

Meidroth was actually an important piece of Garrett Crochet Trade, which sent Esset to Boston Red Sox, so it already doesn’t look good for White Sox, but nothing has in the last few years.
