‘Will avenge every drop of martyrs’ blood,’ warns PM India

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday condemned the Indian military aggression and warned New Delhi of consequences and promised that “every drop of the martyrs’ blood will be avenged.”

His statement came after India launched missile, air and drone strikes overnight on May 6 – 7, targeting several placements over Punjab and Azad Jammu and Kashmir in Pakistan.

The Prime Minister also grieved the loss of innocent life in the Indian attack and revealed that 26 Pakistani civilians were martyrated, including a seven -year -old boy whose funeral he had attended earlier in the day.

“We stand with the families of the martyrs and ask for the recovery of the wounded. We promise that every drop of the martyrs’ blood will be explained,” he added.

It should be noted that Director-General of Inter-Services (ISPR) Director-General LT Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry in a press briefing informed that Indian forces killed at least 31 civilians and wounded 71 others in strikes directed at Pakistan’s civilian population.

PM Shehbaz praised the professionalism and the bravery of Pakistan armed forces along the control line (LOC), where they lowered five Indian fighter jets using what he described as “extraordinary skill and courage.” “Our forces have once again proven that they know how to deliver a crushing answer. We greet their bravery,” he maintained.

By confirming Pakistan’s conventional military strength, he congratulated the commanders of the armed forces and said that the entire nation is proud of their leadership and the performance of the troops.

With a strict warning to India, the Prime Minister said New Delhi “will have to suffer the consequences”, to promise that “every drop of blood” that was wasted in yesterday’s air strikes would be avenged.

“This is the feige enemy who is targeted at unarmed civilians and believes itself stronger. But we proved last night that Pakistan knows how to deliver an appropriate reaction in his defense. The nation greets our armed strengthening and strength,” he said.

While he approached the Pahagam incident in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, which India quoted as a justification for his attack, rejected Prime Minister Shehbaz’s accusation as baseless and noted that Pakistan had offered to investigate the case, a proposal that India ignored.

“This act of aggression is a clear attempt to divert attention from the realities of the occupied Kashmir,” he said, adding that no one -sided action from India can change the disputed status of the region. He repeated Pakistan’s demands for the implementation of UN decisions that give the people of Kashmir their right to self-determination.

Meanwhile, the National Security Committee earlier Wednesday approved the armed forces in Pakistan to take on similar actions in response to Indian air strikes that targeted several civilian areas.

The forum also noted that India’s aggression also caused serious danger to commercial carriers belonging to Brotherly Gulf countries that jeopardized thousands of passengers.
