- Dell CEO says AI -PCs are ready to take the load of Windows 10 EOL updates
- “Dell is a leader in commercial AI -PCs,” declares Michael Dell
- Dell also says that AI will not replace people at work – it will be more a collaboration
Dell CEO has stated that the company is “clear” for the increased demand from both businesses and consumers to new PCs as the Windows 10 ending of life is approaching.
Microsoft’s software is ready for its official goodbye on October 14, 2025, which means users will need to update their devices or risk being targeted by cyberattacks.
Many organizations have chosen to simply buy new devices, and Michael Dell has beaten his company’s products as the ideal solution to those looking for a change.
AI work stations are rising
“Personal productivity is reinvented by AI,” noted Dell and spoke at the opening of Dell Technologies World 2025, “The installation base of a billion and half PCs becomes aging and it is replaced with AI innovation.”
“The Windows 10 ending of life is coming and we are ready -Dell is a leader in commercial AI -PCs and we are further distancing ourselves from the competition.”
“We have simplified our portfolio and made it easy for you to choose the right system for you, giving you the choice of the latest from Nvidia, Intel, AMD and Qualcomm,” he added.
“Today’s PCs are AI work stations -flaming fast, battery life all day powered by NPU and GPU -Innovation.”
The CEO highlighted the company’s new Dell Pro Max device, which he said was ideal for developers and researchers offering up to 20 petaflop’s performance due to embedded NVIDIA GB300 hardware and up to 800 GB of memory -enough to run and train models with a trillion parameters.
“Ai moves out of the cloud on the edge and brings intelligence to every unit at every place in real time,” he noted.
“With AI -PCs and our robust Poweredge servers, you can process your data immediately and securely on site, you can cut delay and free up new options, from smart cities to virtualized telecommunications.”
“I have the same conversation with the customer after the customer,” noticed Dell, “It’s not just about the technology, it’s all about re -indulging in how companies can create and capture the value of their data.”
“We enter into a ubiquitous intelligence age, where AI becomes as important as electricity – with AI you can distill years of experience to important insights, speed up decisions and uncover patterns in massive data.
“But it’s not here to replace people – AI is a partner who frees up your teams to do what they do best, to innovate, imagine solving the world’s toughest problems – and Dell is the infrastructure, the backbone that allows businesses to think faster, act smarter and dream bigger.”
