WNBA star Dijonai Carrington triggered some controversy before her Friday night unmatched game because of her choice before the game.
Carrington was spotted going into the Wayfair Arena in Miami, Florida, wearing a sweatshirt with rapper YG on the front with the name of his old 2016 tour: “F – Donald Trump Tour.”
The message written with red letters with the rapper in the background of turning the middle finger was ready when Carrington stopped to pose for a photo.

Carrington, whose X-side around the election showed Pro-Kamala Harris Messaging, seems to make it clear how she is doing with President Trump with her choice of clothing.
Carrington is part of the new 3-to-3-Uovertrudne League, playing for The Mist, one of six clubs in the organization founded by other WNBA stars Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier.

Carrington was named WNBA’s most improved player during the 2024 season and received 28 of the 67 votes from a national media panel after placing career heights in points (12.7), rebounds (5.0) and assists (1.6).
But the 2024 season did not come without any controversy on the field for Carrington, accused of purposefully stabbing Indiana Fever Guard Caitlin Clark, Wnba’s new superstar and Rookie of the Year, in his eye during a game.

Carrington pleaded with her innocence after the incident.
“I don’t even know why I wanted to hit someone in her eye,” she said. “It doesn’t even make sense to me.”
Clark also neglected the situation when asked about and said it “was not intentional in any way.”
Carrington was already not in the good grace of fever fans when she provoked them by placing a tweet in late August reading, “The Indiana fever has the most fans in W. EW.” The eye-poking incident took place during Game 1 in the WNBA Playoffs match-up between Carrington’s Connecticut Sun and Clark’s fever.
