The Los Angeles Sparks star Cameron Brink proclaimed his appearance in yet another magazine recording in May.

This time it was for “players” who made a photoshoot of rink smoking a cigarette in an open jacket without an undershirt.

“It threw me off when this proof came back. I thought you had a cigarette in her mouth,” Brink’s mother, Shelly, admitted to Brink’s latest edition of her podcast.

But then Shelly was hit by a shock – Brink admitted that she “walked around naked” under the shot.

“There were only homophiles and girls in the room – I think,” Brink said. “It wasn’t a problem.”

Brink has been through many photoshoots, including to Sports Illustrated, and said she is “usually pretty open” when it comes to the magazines.

“I feel like I trust creative in the room,” she said. “If they have a vision, I like the artist in it all. I liked shooting things like that. I think it’s funny.”

Brink’s mother then famous her daughter for being comfortable in her own skin, as Brink said comes naturally as athlete.

“We’re just walking around the closet room naked. I fancy like athlete, you’re just comfortable.”

Brink said she also pranked her mother to think she would be fully naked to the shot.

“I was like, ‘um, what do you mean naked? Like body image naked? Are you covered?'” Said Shelly, adding that it would be “too much” to her to deal with.

But not to worry.

Brink said there was “no way” she would see “fully” naked.

Brink has not yet played this year after having suffered a torn ACL in just his 15th WNBA game last year. She was the second overall choice behind only Caitlin Clark.
