‘Won’t tolerate changes in policy towards Israel’

Lahore:

Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has emphasized the need for unity against Israel, India and the United States warning that anyone who is contrary to state’s policy on Israel will be made an example.

Readhman, who approached the “National Conference of Solidarity with Palestine”, organized by Jui-F in Lahore on Sunday, said they consider Israel and its patron, the United States, as terrorists. America is involved, no matter where there is blood embrace, he added.

He said that generations of Palestinians sacrifice their lives and ask the world for help. “Are Muslims missing resources? We have air forces and aircraft. Unfortunately, the power is overshadowed in resources – the power of oil – for fear of the United States.”

He said the country was founded on the basis of Kalima, but the leaders are afraid of the United States. “Our army was to fight for Muslims and Kashmiris. This is time to unite the whole nation; Gaza has aroused the whole world,” he added.

The JI chief said an agreement was being made and that pressure was also being exercised on Pakistan to recognize Israel. “However, the Mujahide from Gaza foiled this conspiracy,” he said.
