Y2K is on the way to one of the best streaming services participating in a number of other good movies arriving in Max in March. You will have to wait a little longer for this one as it will be released on April 4, but there is plenty to sink your teeth into before then.
Max continues to impress me with his huge library with A24 film, two of which were performed when I rounded off 6 Max films and show that I am most excited about.
If you haven’t seen much about Y2KYou can check the Bonkers trailer below, and I mean that in the best possible way. Unfortunately, the movie was a ticket office and a critical floppy, but I’m willing to make me aware of it. If nothing else, it’s a very fun concept.

What is y2k about?
Kyle Mooney’s instructor debut, Y2K, follows a group of friends when discussing New Year’s Eve while their parents are out. It is a big one as it marks a new millennium, but their parties do not go as planned after the year 2000 -the problem causes all technology around the world to come to life and turn to humanity. This creates some confusing situations as everything that electronically driven begins to attack, such as a toy car, a fan and more.
The concept is silly enough to be considered ridiculous by some, but I hope this one will be fun, even if it is not very highbrow.
It doesn’t arrive at the best MAX movie-round-up because of its bad rat Tomatoes score, but it may find a place in my personal recommendations. We will have to wait and see!
