Yankee’s manager Aaron Boone discusses President Trump’s participation on September 9

President Donald Trump will be in the Bronx on Thursday night to New York Yankees’ fight against Detroit Tigers, who co -emerges with the 24th anniversary of the September 11th attack.

It will be Trump’s first time participating in a baseball game in his second period as president, after last attended the 2021 World Series.

Yankees -Manager Aaron Boone said at a press conference before the game he is “excited” to be part of Trump’s presence.

“I think he will come down and get into the dressing room for a moment. Had honor and fortune for some presidents over the years, first places or whatever it may be,” Boone told journalists before the game. “So the fact that he wants to be here, I’m excited to be a part of. I don’t know what it will be like, but to interact with him for a few minutes, something I look forward to.”
