Zoom has announced the next step in its Agentic AI strategy with a number of new skills, agents and models that will zoom the workplace and zoom business services.
The company said the new releases will help its users to move forward with being more productive and strengthening their relationship with customers using more autonomous AI tools.
With the bold claim that over 45 new innovations have reached it to Zoom’s portfolio, its Agent AI will cover apps such as Zoom meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Docs and Zoom Contact Center.
Zoom AI Companion gets an agent lift
The platform’s AI-Ledager, which gets a 2.0 version launch, will continue to serve as the vehicle for Zoom to implement Agentic AI across its portfolio, just with useful improvements such as reasoning and memory for decision making, problem solving and learning.
In addition to the usual task action and orchestration functionalities of agent AI, Zoom will also help workers manage their calendars and generate content.
Later in the spring, users will also be able to create and implement custom virtual agents for more contextual customer interviews, but they will also be able to intervene. Third -party agents such as ServiceNow Now Assist Agent and Custom Agents are also set to be supported “Soon.”
Agentic AI promises great increases for things such as registering action topics in meeting summary with zoom assignments and extracting tasks from calls using Zoom to the Microsoft Teams app. When we arrive later in May, we also promised Agentic AI to create the meeting’s agendas and also real -time summary of meetings and phone calls.
