Zoom’s new Workflow -Automatization seems to save you time on repeated tasks

Zoom has lifted the wrapping of a new AI-driven tool designed to help workers with repeated and administrative work, releasing them more time to produce meaningful results.
The new Workflow Automation Service concentrates on non-code automation templates that users can choose and fine-tune to get certain tasks done for them, and promising support for third-party apps as well as the company’s own software.
Leader of Team Chat, Wei Li, described the feature as easy to use for workers who are not technically minded and added: “To strengthen people with AI to help them get more done is the core of what we do on zoom . ”

In his message, Zoom described how workflow automation could be used to generate summary after meetings and get that summary, or direction of a worker (beyond the initial setup).
Zoom planned its competitors to demand that workers have a certain amount of technical knowledge, adding that its no-code technology can be used by almost anyone for rather significant productivity increases.
At the same time, the California-based company, previously known for its video conferencing software-which now wants to be known for its AI-Enhance Workplace Software-New features for its AI-Ledager tool.
With Hybrid, which still works commonly in many industries, Companion Audi in Zoom Rooms promises to improve the experience by using workers’ individual laptops as additional microphones for clearer sound, rather than requiring companies to invest in multiple microphones.
Zoom also adds a YouTube app within Zoom meetings “Soon”, promising native and delay-free video sharing for each participant rather than a cumbersome screen experience.
Furthermore, support for Chinese (traditional and simplified), French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Indonesian, Polish, Russian, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese and Dutch (Holland) have been added to expand the business range into Many of the world’s most populous countries.
Payment of zoom subscribers can now access workflow automation at no extra cost with versions 6.3.10 and above on the desktop app.
