America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders is a DOCU series on Netflix, which the streamer renewed for season three.
The Emmy-winning gray Whiteley-Instructor sports documentary focuses on Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders or DCC, where it shows the dancers auditions, training and performances during the NFL season.
At the renewal, he shared: “The world of DCC is an embarrassment of wealth when it comes to stories to be told. I am grateful that our crew has another season to continue to tell them.”
Although filming in season three is in the works, it will follow the 2025-26 troop under the leadership of Kelli Finglass and main choreographer Judy Trammell.
Last week Netflix had premiered on another DOCU series, America’s Team: Gambler and his cowboyS, starring Dallas Cowboys’ co -owner Charlotte Jones.
Charlotte Jones, co-owner of the team, gasped for the GREG-instrumented series, “I’m so proud of that show, because forever I wanted everyone to see how difficult it is to be a cheerleader and what their journey is.”
He continued, “We always see the players’ travels – and we cheer for it and commissions with the obligation to get there – but we have never shone a light on these women. Every one of them has a story about why they are there and how they got there.”
Meanwhile, America’s girlfriend ‘ The first two seasons have been a big hit for Netflix, drawing millions of viewers.
