Houston Texan’s Safety Jimmie Ward has been accused of physically and sexually assaulted the mother of his 3-year-old son while under the influence of Crystal Meth, according to a trial filed in Texas on Wednesday.
The trial filed with the Harris County District Court is in addition to the criminal prosecutor who is facing an arrest on June 12 on a prosecutor at home. He was accused of strangling Cristy West, as he was in a long -term relationship.
Ward, 34, was also arrested earlier this month after testing positively for alcohol, which was a violation of his bond.

The trial in which West is represented by Tony Buzbee is looking for more than $ 20 million in compensation. Buzbee has represented victims in many high -profile sexual abuse and domestic violence.
In the suit, Ward is accused of having forced into West’s home in the early hours of June 12. West claimed Ward showed “erratic and aggressive” behavior, and she thought he was under influence.
“That night she suspected he was under the influence of methamphetamines, specifically crystalmeth,” the trial states.

In the case, also claimed that Ward threatened to kill west on several occasions as he left and stifle her, and “pulled” her into a bedroom.
Due to the alleged quarrel, their son woke up and West tried to reassure him. West then claimed that Ward demanded that she perform a sexual act on him and she did it for fear of her life. Then, says suit, West ran out of his home with his son, while “Naked and Visibly Wounded” after Ward went looking for her cellphone after accused her of talking to other men. West called 911 and Ward was arrested.

In the case, also alleged that a previous incident took place in which Ward “enticed West” to his Houston home “under the pretense of giving her money to their son’s karate lessons” on April 25.
Ward allegedly told West that she had to get into the home and then his bedroom, where he allegedly grabbed her and demanded a sexual act. West says she “opposite, screamed and managed to leave.”
Steve Jackson, Ward’s Attorney, told KPRC 2 that this trial was previously filed in Montgomy County and was laid off.
“This is the same civil trial filed against Mr. Ward by other lawyers who also previously tried and failed in a jury attempt to prove that Jimmie was married to Mrs. West. It is our intention at this time to focus on the criminal accusations and the upcoming Grand Jury in the hope that this case was rejected.”

Ward is at Texan’s training camp, but he is still recovering from foot surgery he underwent during the high season. He has been on the physically unable to perform the list since the start of training camp.
Ward is on his way into his third season with the Texans who named him a defensive captain last year. He was a total of 48 combined tackles and two interceptions, including one returned to a touchdown during the 2024 season.
