Lil NAS X went free out of prison on Monday, August 25, after spending the weekend in custody.
The rapper born in Montero Hill was in custody since August 21 in Los Angelos with charges of mismatch after alleged assault on a police officer.
He was also hospitalized for a possible overdose, but a spokesman for Los Angeles Police Department was unable to confirm.
According to District Attorney’s Office of La, Lil Nas X denied the four crimes in court on August 25 via People.
The charges include three counts with battery with damage to a police officer and a count of resisting a performing officer.
He was released on $ 75,000 bail.
The judge has ordered Old Town Road Star to attend four anonymous drug meetings every week.
Police said they believe he was under the influence of drugs at the time of arrest.
But Lil Nas -Advokat Christy O’Connor told Associated Press It was too early to know for sure as the results have not come back.
She described the situation as “an absolute deviation in his life. Nothing like this has ever happened to him.”
