Former NFL star Robert Griffin III said on Monday that Cleveland Browns need to shop either rinsing Sanders or Dillon Gabriel and ointment one of quarterbacks as the future of the franchise.
Griffin, a former Brown’s Quarterback himself, responded to how the team used Sanders and Gabriel in the season’s final trial match. In particular, Griffin hit Sanders, who played with teammates low on the depth card and did not get a chance to run the two -minute exercise in the fourth quarter. Cleveland used Tyler Huntley and released him one day later.
“I think Cleveland Browns need to trade with the blame Sanders or Dillon Gabriel,” Griffin said on “Outta Pocket.” “Right now they have a toxic environment around their quarterback situation, and it’s not a growth environment for any of the guy. So right now you have to let shedur Sanders be the guy you are lost as your quarterback of the future, or you have to give Dillon Gabriel the opportunity to be the quarterback that you tab as your quarterback of the future.

“Because having them together on the guard schedule right now, after shopping to get Dillon Gabriel in the third round, you worked out the blame Sanders in the fifth round after he slipped from the first round that many people like me because you came that way.
Griffin said he did not think that Sanders or Gabriel were “created to success” in the organization.
Browns chose Gabriel in the third round of the draft. The former Oregon Ducks star tied the brand for most touchdown -Pass in college -Football at FBS level with 155.
Cleveland took a flyer at Sanders after he fell to the fifth round despite being expected to be one of the first players taken in general.
“I don’t think neither flush Sanders nor Dillon Gabriel are being set up for success right now based on the way things are going,” Griffin said. “This Brings Me to the Point of the Last Preseason Game, Dillon Gabriel Played His Butt Off, Absolutely, Went Out There, Executed A Two-Minute Drill to Perfection. But Shedeur Sanders Was Not AFFORDED THE SAME OPPORTUNITY. NOT ONLY WAS Shedeur Sanders put Out Ther with Threes and Fours and Fives on Depth Chart, On the Offensive Line and At Wide Receiver, Shedeur Sanders Was Not Allowed to Run The Two-Minute Drill At The End of the GameRill Age They gave this opportunity (Tyler) ‘Snoop’ Huntley.

Griffin said Sanders comes with a “tone fanfare” but it was “earned.” He regretted being unable to see what Sanders could do with more teammates higher up the depth card.
“Shedur Sanders comes with a wealth of fanfare. But it’s earned. It’s not just because of his father’s name and what his father managed to be a Hall of Famer, the biggest corner back of the time. Slepetry has been in the ramp light since he was baby. He served what he got in Jackson State. The way to folded and build and build up.
“He can’t cry over the spilled milk anymore … But now that he goes out, and he performs in the first trial game and throws two touchdown passes and serves the right to get more reps, why didn’t he get more reps? Why was he still being referred at the bottom of the depth card? You can say we were not in practice. can compete is an injury to him, but it is also an injury to all the quarterbacks on their list.
