The improved games, an upcoming Olympic-style sporting event that does not include drug testing, filed a $ 800 million trial against the world’s aquatics, USA swimming and the world’s anti-doping agency and claimed they force athletes to boycott the event.
The trial quotes a statute made by the world’s aquatics back in June when they announced that swimmers and officials competing in or supporting the event would be blocked from the sport.
“Those who activate baptized sports are not welcome to the world’s aquatics or our events,” said its President Husain al-Musallam in a statement at the time.

“The purpose of this statutes is to support the values of the Olympic Movement, including commitment to the world’s anti-doping code and to protect the integrity and image of aquatic sports and the health, security and well-being of aquatic,” the articles of association read. “It complements the separate and independent obligation caused by those subject to the rules and regulations for not doing something that brings aquatic sports contradicted.”
“World Aquatics’ Statutes 10 is a thinly veiled attempt to strengthen the swimming community to boycott the improved games. They keep elite swimmers and support staff as hostages threatening life-time courses from Olympic events-Alt without a single anti-doping violation,” said improved games, Dr. Aron d’Aouza in a statement.

D’Souza has previously been critical of the Olympics and Sports Controlling organs and called them hypocritical when it came to natural sports and athletes.

The improved games are set to take place next May in Las Vegas. Former Olympic swimmer James Magnussen from Australia is ready to compete where benefits of up to $ 1 million are offered.
