Daniil Medvedev’s latest rage attacks on tennis The court has proven to be a costly.

The fine followed the Russian tennis player’s warmed disagreement with the President’s Judge Greg Allensworth, who allowed opponent Benjamin Bonzi another first serving in their matchup Sunday after a photographer went on the field at Louis Armstrong Stadium.

The incident took place under the third set, with Medvedev a point away from elimination.
After Bonzi missed his first serving, a photographer left his position and started going with the field. Allensworth instructed the photographer to get off the field and awarded Bonzi another first serving that Medvedev opposed.
Medvedev was booed by the crowd, and in his typical way he continued to rile fans and blow them up kissing.

Bonzi lost the point and eventually the game. Medvedev continued to win the following sets, but lost the match 6-3, 7-5, 6-7 (5), 0-6, 6-4.

Medvedev is no stranger to outbreaks on the field – especially at the US Open.
On 2019 US Open, He came up with a word war with fans in an interview after the match when he thanked them for vicious booing him.
“Thank you all, guys because your energy tonight gave me the victory. Because if you weren’t here, guys would probably lose the fight because I was so tired,” he said at the time. “I hugged yesterday. It was so hard for me to play. So I want everything you need to know when you sleep tonight I won today because of you,” he added when booing continued.
