Iran offers compassion, help to Pakistan in the middle of devastating floods

Iranian President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian offered his condolance to the population of Pakistan over the loss of life and properties in the midst of ongoing floods over different parts of Pakistan, Radio Pakistan reported.

In a telephone conversation with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday, Iranian President offered help to the brotherly people of Pakistan at this difficult time. He also conveyed his sympathy and support to the flooded families over the loss of precious life and their worldly belongings.

PM thanked President Pezeshkian for his kind and thought -provoking gesture and expression of solidarity at this hour of pain and suffering.

He also requested that his deep greetings and good wishes be transferred to the supreme leader Ayatullah Ali Khamenei. The two leaders look forward to their interaction at the upcoming SCO summit in Tianjin, China.
