Users of political teachers and social media users quickly grabbed the opportunity to make viral the moment Socialist New York City Mayor Candidate Zohran Mamdani struggled to press a barbell that is allegedly filled with an estimated £ 135.
During the annual event in the Lord Day Open Streets in Brooklyn last weekend, Mamdani failed to push the weight alone and demanded full bar support from a mockery.
“If you’re not able to hit it, it’s like a clap to your manhood,” Dr. Chad Teague, NFL and NBA Sports Doctor for Pakinomist Digital.

“I think the bite could probably lift more than that,” Teague said.
“I think Trump could lift more than Mamdani,” he added. “Definitely.”
Teague is a chiropractic doctor based in Cleveland, where he runs Code Chiro, a practice he founded with his wife. Together they treat professional athletes, including NFL stars such as Myles Garrett, David Njoku, Jarvis Landry, Raheem Mostert and Denzel Ward, as well as NBA players such as Jonathan Kuminga from Golden State Warriors and Tre’shaun Mann from Charlotte Hornets.
“You want your feet more grounded on the ground and when he started lifting, his feet came up,” Teague said. “That’s a pretty good sign of fighting.”
Mamdani apparently taking strings against scandals around Eric Adams in New Video: ‘I have something to hide’
New York City Mayor Eric Adams went to social media to feel Mamdani as “Mamscrawny,” and Andrew Cuomo said of his rival, “This guy can’t bench his own body weight, so much less carry the weight of leading the most important city in the world.”
Teague told Pakinomist Digital that mockery was superfluous, but it doesn’t look like Mamdani exercises.
“Usually most people don’t get stains of 135,” he said. “It’s usually a warm -up weight for most men in their midlife.”

Teague encourages Mamdani to enter the gym, which first begins with form correction as the NYC mayor candidate is in danger of injury.
He also emphasizes the importance of proper technique for gymnastics guests at all levels.
Teague advises to start with a thorough warm-up, including push-ups or rotator cuff exercises that tied external rotations. In addition, he recommends establishing a solid foundation with stable feet, engaging the core and ensuring proper hand placement.
The sports doctor advises to incorporate exercises targeting the most important muscles involved in a bench press, such as pectoralis -major, certain tricep muscles and rotatormes for stabilization, at least once a week. To get the blood flow, it is recommended to perform movements such as Turkish Get-ups, Slope Bench Presses or Flat Bench Presses.

Teague mentioned that the athletes he trains use landmine presses and single arm movements to strengthen the front side of the shoulder and chest.
“Myles Garrett should definitely be the strongest person I’ve ever worked with, and if not, it would be a surprise,” Teague said. “Raheem must be up there.”
For beginners lifters, especially Teague, advise lifters should start with 10-20 reps using a more manageable barbell or minimal weight to effectively prime your shoulders for the movement.
“Learn how your body reacts to 8-10 reps in a certain weight and then see how your body recoveres,” he said. “So maybe try to add a little bit of weight next time.”
