The Supreme Court has issued a pro forma for murder and other criminal cases. According to the new requirement, all basic case information must be given on a page with a page. Parties are now required to submit this information form with the case.
ProForma will include FIR -NUMBER, police station, postmortem results, names and ages on the accused and dates of arrest. It will also register the Court of Justice and the judges in the right as well as the day and the time of the postmortem.
In addition, the forensic results must be mentioned on the form. The judges will be able to access all important case displays from this single-page document.
