Six Soldiers Martyrated Foil Suicide Attack

Security forces killed six Indian-proxy terrorists in a daily meeting of Federal Constabulary (FC) headquarters in the Bannu district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Tuesday, where six soldiers were also martyred and 19 other injuries, the military and the local police.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing in the military, said in a statement that the terrorists belonging to the Indian Proxy Fitna Al Khwarij targeted FC HQ in the Bannu district of the early hours of Tuesday in a celebrated terrorist attack.

“Indian sponsored Kharjis tried to break the perimeter, but their dishonest design was quickly foiled by the vigilant and decisive response of their own troops.

In their desperation, the Kahrjis hit an explosively carried vehicle into the circumference wall, “Ice’s said.

“The suicide blast resulted in the partial collapse of the circumference wall and damage to adjacent civil infrastructure that inflicted damage to three innocent civilians. While informing the media about the attack, Bannu Range Police Officer (RPO) Sajjad Khan told journalists that terrorists hit an explosive vehicle into the wall of the federal constabular lines at 1 p.m. 05.15, resulting in wall collapse.

“Five militants stormed the connection and opened fire. The FC staff retinated strongly and engaged in a harsh exchange of fire. Shortly after, other security forces also reached the place and surround the terrorists,” he said.

“Small and heavy weapons were used under the firefighter. As a result, six terrorists were killed. The clearance operation at the FC lines took 12 hours,” Khan said, adding that the bombing team (BDS) was investigating the explosives used in the vehicle.

President Asif Zardari strongly condemned the terrorist attack carried out by India-backed Khawarij. He paid tribute to the martyrs who foiled the dishonest designs of Khawarij terrorists. The president said the nation greets the victims of its brave soldiers and citizens.
