- Lenco reveals an advanced turntable and stereo speakers at IFA
- Refreshing means ‘high-end’ for lenco now ‘more than $ 500 / £ 500’
- IFA is a huge technical fair running from Fri, September 5 – Tues, 9th September 2025
Lenco’s IFA press release says: “LBT-515 and SPB-25BKGY create a cool new step for the brand”, and on this occasion I couldn’t agree with the turning table’s marketing strategy anymore.
LBT-515 is a new direct drive-ja, direct-drive record player that sits beautifully at the top of Lenco’s IFA exhibition window (IFA is a famous tech fair in Berlin, but don’t worry if you don’t know), and it’s equipped with an Ortofon 2M Blue Cartridge and a quartz-controlled direct-drive for rotation RPM.
The LBT-515 also offers boasting adjustable pitch, anti-skating, a mechanical armlift, gold-plated plugs, a changable preaching and built-in RIAA equation to make simple system integration.
And that’s not all! Bluetooth 5.3 With volume control means you can play your vinyl on nearby wireless headphones or speakers, making it a very flexible choice (and maybe I say a nice one if you like it a little retro mood).
Lenco LBT-515 will be available from November, Price 579.99 / € 599.99, which will make it about $ 785 or AU $ 1,195, give or take a few dollars. Not what I’m used to from Lenco – and in fact I don’t mind it a bit.
Lenco hasn’t made it our Roundup of the best turntable you can buy yet, but we really liked the company’s recent $ 359 LBT-215BK on a listening session earlier this year. It will be interesting to see if this tire – and this new price bracket – is a hit for the company where its budget offer has not completely cut down.
Need a set of bluetooth-activated (but also far more versatile) stereo speakers to go with your tire? Meet Lenco SPB-25BKGY BOOKE CHECTION PLACES! With a total output of 80W RMS (2 x 40W), a built-in class D amplifier and digital signal processing (DSP) and Bluetooth 5.3, you can stream from your phone, tablet or laptop-but RCA, optical in, USB and Subwoofer Out, should make it easy to integrate TV, consoles or of course the new turn. A remote and RCA cable comes included and you can buy them from November, priced £ 149.99 / € 169.99 (then about $ 203 or AU $ 310).
Lenco has been busy in front of IFA
Lenco launched three turntables at CES at the beginning of the year, and the company clearly holds on to what ‘Three is a charm’ strategy for IFA 2025.
Go on to the other of the trio, what if you hope for a fuss -free purchase and prefer that your vinyl be separated already matched and in the box? LS-700BK is designed for you. Lenco tells us “This complete system combines a Premium record player with a 200W speaker setup (2 x 100W RMS) for room filling of sound right out of the box” and in its core the pretty much regarded Ortofon 2m Red Cartridge is.
LS-700BK includes a built-in stereo amplifier, Bluetooth 5.2, Digital Speed Display, Automatic Speed Adjustment and Anti-Skating. Two handmade wooden speakers and a brushed aluminum house complete is complete then design. It’s out in October for the prince sum of £ 699.99 / € 749.99 (approximately $ 949 or AU $ 1,445).
Last up, space -saving solution. If you want an all-in-one experience, the LS-60BK boasts “vintage character in a compact, accessible design”. Under the Wood MDF cabinet you get integrated stereo speakers, and the tire itself plays 33, 45 and 78 rpm items via a beltedrive system. A pre-mounted Audio-Teknika AT-3600 MMC cartridge handlebar quality.
Another fringe here is Two-way Bluetooth, which means you can stream vinyl on your tire wirelessly to your Bluetooth headphones or speakers, but you can also play music directly from your phone or other source device through the swivel’s built-in 2 x 5W speaker drivers. RCA outputs Average expansion of larger setups is also possible, and I think the LS-60BK could make vinyl simple enough for new users to be connected. Lenco LS-60BK is instantly out in September awarded £ 149.99 / € 169.99-rest is much more Lenco’s tried-out wheelhouse.
How do they sound? Carry with us, we are in Berlin on IFA and we are working to give at least one of them a spin, very soon.
