- Nintendo has officially confirmed the next Nintendo Direct presentation
- It’s about an hour long and focuses on upcoming Switch and Switch 2 releases
- Style in on September 12 to catch it live
Nintendo has confirmed that its next (and long rumor) Nintendo Direct presentation will take place this week.
The showcase can be viewed on live September 12 at. 06.00 PT / 9:00 ET / 14:00 BST / 15:00 CEST, And you can catch it on Nintendo’s regional YouTube channels.
“Join us on September 12 at 06:00 for a Nintendo Direct!” Reads YouTube video description. “Stand in about 60 minutes of information about upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch game.”
What is especially remarkable here is the length of the upcoming Nintendo Direct. While the original Switch 2 directly back in April also lasted an hour, ‘Big’ as this typically instructs at approx. 40-45 minutes. This hopefully means that Nintendo and its third -party partners have plenty to show on Friday.
As for what makes the clip, we can never be completely sure, but we can make some trained guesses. A trailer for the release date to Metroid Prime 4: Beyond It looks like it would be a lock considering its scheduled 2025 launch. And that is a similar story for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Prison.
Updates and Downloadable Content (DLC) for titles that Mario Kart World and Donkey King Bananza Could also realistically be on the cards. Meanwhile it has gone a few years since the last main line Four emblem and Xenoblade Chronicles titles. I definitely got my tin foil hat there, but I would very much like to see what’s next for both franchises here.
While more glimpses at Kirby Air Riders and Duskbloods Also acts as safe efforts, let’s not forget that Nintendo also has at least two high -profile games scheduled for the original Nintendo Switch in 2026; them are Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream and Rhythm Heaven Rill.
