After yesterday’s short and sweet game, we returned to a more complex search today with a number of difficult words.
The first one I discovered today was vintage, something that used to have negative connotations, but which today is seen very much in the same area as “classic”.
This discovery led me to Ageless, a dangerous concept that makes many believe that appearance is the only marker of time and quality.
Unusual was the spangram the last thing that I connected-self I had tapped on time as a non-play word. A great game today, although far from historic.

What is new threads?
Strands is Nyt’s non-new-new-more word games after Wordle and connections. It is now a fully expanded member of Nyt’s Games Stable, which has been running for a year and can be played on the new Games website on desktop or mobile.
