Lahore:
The federal government has decided that new domestic gas consumers in Lahore will be delivered through Regasified Floating Natural Gas (RLNG), sources in the Petroleum Ministry said on Saturday.
According to officials, the price of RLNG is linked to international crude oil prices, making it 2.5 to 3 percent more expensive than natural gas.
New connections are issued in stages. Applications will be prioritized who have already deposited demand messages, followed by those who paid urgent fees. Applicants who have only submitted requests will be accommodated in the third phase.
