Islamabad:
A lawyer moved IHC on Wednesday and sought audio and video footage in a recent courtroom that continues, after which Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri was stopped from working as a judge.
Barrister Jahangir Jadoon submitted the application to the IHC registrar and said that during the September 16, September 16 in Courtroom No. 1, Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar told lawyers that no order was issued.
After the hearing was completed, however, the news emerged that Justice Jahangiri had been stopped from working. Therefore, Barrister Jadoon requested that the official recordings be provided to him to remove ambiguity.
